I have been to many dentists and dental programs over the years and am so Happy to be a pateint of Dr. Sutton's and served through his practice. Having suffered through many dental issues(including fear), finding a dentist who is caring and proactive in his treatment plan(plus having a great sense of humor) has made all the difference. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Sutton and his marvelous starff. Whether calling in or coming for an appointment, I am confident that I will get the best personal service and care. My thanks to Dr Sutton and all his staff! They are wonderful!

Takes the fear out of the profession.

Dr. Sutton and his staff make me feel as though they are genuinely concerned about my oral and overall health. They are professionals with warmth. They have made my smile brighter, both objectively and subjectively!

Everyone in the office did an excellent job. Stacey and her warm greeting along with her professionalism checking out. Dr Sutton was very good about telling me what was going on and Jovita was very good about explaining what she was doing as well as giving me instructions on the best was to floss etc. I hate to leave the dentist office with all my gums aching. The whole team is very impressive. Thanks for caring and sending out this survey so you can see what you are doing good and what needs to improve. This type of thing tells me you truly care about your patients.

My commendation to you and your team. I was in your office this morning and you conducted two extractions. That may not be unusual...buy you and your team certainly are!

I am well qualified to make these comments, as I am in my 81st year and have had tooth issues all my life..meaning that I have seen a lot of dentists and experienced a lot of dentistry.

I am so pleased to recognize and report your high level of expertise...your "state of the art" equipment...Your super professinal team staff starting with your leader, Sir Lawrence, they call "Doctor". But that is not the special part.

Consider this old Yankee from Ohio, that suddently came down with an abcessed tooth that needed prompt attention. Getting someone to help me with the early attention to a difficult situation(and that is another story) was expected to be very difficult.

When I called you, the best the team could do was a week later, but promised to call me if they had a cancellation. In less than 48 hours they called me with an appointment for the folllowing morning.

The team greeted me like one on their long-time customers. While knowing full well that I was just visiting the area and would not likely see them ever again.

I tell you friends it was enough for me to want to move to the Greater Ocala area permanently.

Excellent Dentist with wonderful staff

As a patient for over 20 years, I have continued to use Dr Sutton even after a move from Ocala to Tampa. I still commute for cleanings and other needs.

Very pleased patient :)

I love Dr Sutton and his work! All of his staff there are super nice. Everyone from the girls in the front to the girls in the back. Everyone there made me feel comfortable and made me feel like they really care. I'm very pleased with this office. I have been to several different dentist offices and haven't been satisfied with their work or staff. I've never waited more than five minutes in the lobby awaiting to go back. I would definitely recommend this office to others. :)

Dr. Sutton is an excellent dentist!

I would highly recommend Dr. Sutton to all my friends and family. He does an amazing job and all his staff members are professional and friendly. They take the dread out of going to the dentist by treating you like part of the family. I appreciate their awesome service!

Very Positive Experience

Dr. Sutton saved my broken tooth. Many other dentists would have immediately suggested grinding it down and making a crown, a much more costly procedure. I very much appreciate Dr. Suton's conservative approach.

Wonderful dentist!

Feel so comfortable and welcome at his office

I have never felt as comfortable with a dentist before. Dr. Sutton removes my anxiety level and makes it a good experience for a person who is scared to have dental work done.

Great Visit

Just in for a cleaning. As usual Karen always does a great job and actually makes a visit to the dentist enjoyable. After the cleaning Dr Sutton always comes by for a few minutes and makes you feel like you actually matter to him.

Every time I've come to this office for dental work/check-ups the customer service I recieved has been very good. The staff here are courteous even when they are busy. I work in a customer service field and appreciate when I see good quality care given from any facility.

Just wanted to shout out a AAA rating for Dr Sutton and all of his staff.
Caring, professional, and skilled. In these days of war against the covid virus, the whole staff is cleaning every knob, handle, and surface. I could not be more appreciative of their efforts and of Dr Sutton for his dedication to superior dental care and in his leadership of his staff.
